Flying over the ice on Lake Reschen and Lake Haidersee

Where wind, ice and snow meet, the conditions are ideal for snowkite enthusiasts. Both Lake Reschen and Lake Haidersee offer the best conditions for this sport and have established themselves as top snowkite spots south of the main Alpine ridge. Instead of a surfboard, skis or a snowboard are strapped on and a kite pulls the athletes over the ice at wind speed. Meeting point at the lake beach in Reschen, at the kite spot in Graun and at the fishermen's houses on Lake Haidersee. This is snowkiting on the Reschen Pass!

Ice sailing
